What can I bring into Hync?

Start with the reports you already have. Hync brings laboratory results, imaging records, and medication history into a connected timeline. Wearable data adds context from the days between appointments. Supported sources will be confirmed when you get access.

Do I need a wearable device?

No. Your existing reports are enough to start a health timeline. Wearable data is an addition, not a requirement.

Will Hync tell me if I have a condition?

No. Hync presents your data, trends, and their sources. Diagnosis and treatment decisions stay with qualified healthcare professionals.

Who can see my health information?

Sharing starts with your permission. You choose the information to share and can withdraw access. Your health history belongs to you.

Do I need to change my doctor?

No. Hync is designed to travel with you and work alongside the doctors, hospitals, and health records you already use.

Is my personal record free?

Creating and carrying your personal health record is free. Professional collaboration and management tools are priced separately.

Can I start with reports I already have?

Yes. Existing reports are the starting point. Supported file formats and source connections will be confirmed when you get access.

Does a trend explain why a result changed?

No. Hync presents the history and its sources. Your clinician interprets the results in the context of your care.

Do I need to change my hospital or doctor?

No. Hync is designed to carry the history you collect across providers, alongside your existing care.

Do I need a wearable to use Hync Coach?

A supported connected device supplies the wearable sleep and recovery records. Workout planning and manually logged activity do not require a wearable. Ask us which functions and device connections are available for your setup.

Which devices can I connect?

Ask us which devices and integrations are supported and which records they provide. Available records depend on your connected device. These website previews do not connect to a wearable.

Can Coach help me plan workouts?

Yes. The Plan preview shows a weekly workout schedule. Planning uses your goal, training preferences and available profile information; the detail depends on the features available to you. You review the proposed plan before saving it in the app. This website does not generate or save a personal plan.

Does Coach diagnose conditions or recommend medical treatment?

No. Workout planning is separate from medical care. Coach does not diagnose conditions or recommend medication or medical treatment. Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional about your care and whether an activity is suitable for you.

Does a marker mean something is wrong?

No. Markers in this preview identify areas linked to sample records. They are not a diagnosis or severity indicator.

Is this a scan of my body?

No. The website shows an illustrative body visualization using sample records, not a personalized medical scan.

Can I still use the normal report timeline?

Yes. The body view is another way to explore a record. Hync Health provides the report and timeline perspective.

Does using Hync automatically give my doctor access?

No. The approach is patient-authorized sharing. Your doctor does not get access simply because you have a record.

Does this website send my sample selection anywhere?

No. The interactive preview uses sample data and does not share it with a clinician or create a live sharing link.

Can my doctor keep using their existing system?

Yes. Hync is intended to bring in the history collected elsewhere, alongside the systems a practice already uses.

I already have a records system. Why add Hync?

Your system holds the visits your practice has seen. Hync organizes the records your patient shares from other providers for review alongside your existing records. Where available, everyday data adds context between visits.

What does our practice need to do?

Discuss the scope, support and timing with Hync before inviting patients. Patients share their records and authorize access; your practice coordinates participation and reviews the organized records. Agree the help patients need to get started as part of the pilot scope.

What if a patient chooses not to share?

Participation is voluntary. The pilot helps us understand whether patients are willing and able to share their records. Your practice enquiry does not authorize access to a patient’s information.

What does the pilot cost?

The three-patient pilot is free. Pricing for ongoing professional use is discussed after the pilot, based on the practice's needs.

Can I see the original source?

Where an original report is available for a supported record, review it alongside the organized result. The available history and source coverage depend on what the patient shares and which records and sources are supported; discuss coverage when agreeing the pilot scope.
