Yours, by design

Your history. Your decisions.

A connected record should give you more control over your information. Hync starts with the individual behind the data.

You decide what belongs in your record and what should be removed.

Trace

Every record connected to where it came from and when it was collected.

Permission comes first.

Professional access starts with patient authorization. You choose what to share and can withdraw access. Bringing reports together does not mean giving everyone access to them.

The original source matters too. An organized record should remain connected to the document and date it came from.

A clear role.
Clear boundaries.

Hync organizes and presents health information. It does not diagnose conditions, produce health risk scores, or provide treatment recommendations.

We do not sell tests, medication, or treatment programs, or earn commissions from referrals. Clinical judgment stays with qualified healthcare professionals.

Tools for partners and organizations support the person behind the record.

Know what you are trying.

This website's interactive experiences use sample data. They do not connect to your medical records, upload files to a health account, or share information with a clinician.

The registration, sign-in, and contact forms are interface previews. They do not create an account or send a message. Access details and supported sources must be confirmed before you use a live service.

This page explains Hync's product principles; it is not a full legal privacy notice.
