Select the sample reports you would include in a shared record. This preview shows the selection and lets you export sample data; it does not send information to a doctor.

01 / Sharing with Hync

Start with your permission.

Your health history should not become someone else's to distribute. Hync's approach puts the individual first: professional access starts with the patient's authorization.

  • Patient-authorized access
  • Selected information for the conversation
  • Control stays with the individual

02 / Sharing with Hync

Bring the evidence along.

A shared history is more useful when the original records are available. Keep the source close so a clinician can review the information behind the organized view.

  • Reports collected across providers
  • A chronological history
  • Original sources for review

03 / Sharing with Hync

Carry it forward.

Your record should travel with you across providers and places. Exporting, moving, deleting, and tracing information are part of Hync's approach to an individual-owned history.

  • Take your history with you
  • Decide what belongs in your record
  • Withdraw access when you choose

Good questions

A closer look.

Does using Hync automatically give my doctor access?

No. The approach is patient-authorized sharing. Your doctor does not get access simply because you have a record.

Does this website send my sample selection anywhere?

No. The interactive preview uses sample data and does not share it with a clinician or create a live sharing link.

Can my doctor keep using their existing system?

Yes. Hync is intended to bring in the history collected elsewhere, alongside the systems a practice already uses.
