Before the appointment

The records they share.
Ready for the conversation.

Reports from different providers can be difficult to piece together. Hync organizes the records your patient shares so you can review them before the conversation.

Good questions

Before we begin.

I already have a records system. Why add Hync?

Your system holds the visits your practice has seen. Hync organizes the records your patient shares from other providers for review alongside your existing records. Where available, everyday data adds context between visits.

What does our practice need to do?

Discuss the scope, support and timing with Hync before inviting patients. Patients share their records and authorize access; your practice coordinates participation and reviews the organized records. Agree the help patients need to get started as part of the pilot scope.

What if a patient chooses not to share?

Participation is voluntary. The pilot helps us understand whether patients are willing and able to share their records. Your practice enquiry does not authorize access to a patient’s information.

What does the pilot cost?

The three-patient pilot is free. Pricing for ongoing professional use is discussed after the pilot, based on the practice's needs.

Can I see the original source?

Where an original report is available for a supported record, review it alongside the organized result. The available history and source coverage depend on what the patient shares and which records and sources are supported; discuss coverage when agreeing the pilot scope.
